Now you might be wondering how brushes are actually created, to be frank they are surprisingly simple and easy.
I’m gonna make a very short tutorial on how brushes can be made in Adobe Photoshop CS 5.
Firstly open a document with, say 60o DPI resolution. You might wanna make some adjustments as your brush may need some tweaks for optimal performance when you need it. So Just go to the Image->Adjustments tab and set the levels of saturation,hue etc to an optimum level so that your brush offers you maximum of what you are providing it.
Begin drawing the shape of your brush that you would like.
After you’re done, Go to Edit->Define Brush Preset
Next, name your brush
And that’s it, you are now done with your brush and you can test it.
That’s pretty much it, you can now make your own brushes.
